In emergency situations, treatment is of course also provided without prior appointment. And if you ever need our help without an appointment, you are always welcome. However, you should expect longer waiting times, as we try to keep our word to our scheduled patients. If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please inform us as soon as possible!
We need to submit proof of your health insurance to your health insurance provider. For patients with statutory health insurance, the health insurance card serves as proof of insurance, which will be scanned during your first visit of the quarter or the referral slip if you have been referred by another doctor for a gynecological examination.
For repeat prescriptions and referrals for ongoing treatments, you can arrange to collect them by phone during our office hours.
